Refund & Cancellation Policy: -
Refund Policy :-

Medical Failure Deduction Policy :
If a candidate fails the medical examination :-
A deduction of 20% will be applied to the candidate's advance payment.
The remaining balance will be refunded promptly.

Non-Refundability after Offer Letter and Visa Processing :
If a candidate decides not to proceed after signing the offer letter and visa processing has begun: * - The advance money will not be refunded.
- This policy is in place due to the costs and efforts involved in the visa processing procedure.

1. Eligibility for Refunds :-

Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”, “NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made.
In case of payment is made by customer, debited from customer bank account but not credited, may be refunded to customers account automatically as per the Bank policies. In case not refunded, customers are requested to contact their respective bank/branch.
The refund policies are applicable as stated above and based on Service Agreement with the Customers.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellation policy describes as follows:
• Cancellation is not permissible once start the process or middle or end of the process,
• Cancellation is not permissible once services is taken or completed,
• In case customer return back from abroad after completion of on-boarding process or repatriated or deported, no refund will be made to the customer.
• In case customer do not appear to Achieve Placement Service office or become contactless for the period of more than 12 months from the date of last payment, no refund will be made to the customers.
